Thanks for sharing, Masum - on the one hand it's a nice and clear explanation; on the other hand, it demonstrates how much we need to do to bring the 'Southern perspective' to this debate (e.g. the fact that some research doesn't even get considered for publishing, on the basis that it's not of interest to a 'Northern audience' (I'm aware that I am using a crude dichotomy here).
