My name is Mark Turner and I work for the consulting arm of the international NGO Practical Action (www.practicalaction.org.uk).

I am working as part of a team on an exciting new knowledge management programme called ELLA (Evidence and Lessons from Latin America). ELLA is a DFID funded project which aims to identify, synthesise and collate development lessons learned from experiences in Latin America and make this knowledge available in a useful form to policy-makers, practitioners and researchers in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
