Linda Cilliers Hi Yaso, I was wondering whether you'll be running a live Twitter stream during this workshop? We would have loved to attend, but that won't be possible. Our DRUSSA programme is being launched on that day and I’d be very interested to tweet it at our event. DRUSSA is a DFID-funded programme to build capacity for research uptake management in Sub-Saharan African universities. You can read more about it online. See www.drussa.net and www.drussa.mobi.

Yaso Kunaratnam Hi Linda, actually I'm not inolved in organising the event (I just try to find relevant events that people in the KBF community would be interested in and share :)). Its being run by the ESRC Genomics Policy & Research Forum - I think the people who would know about social media plans for the event are either Steph Wright, Genomics Forum Events Manager,
at steph.wright@ed.ac.uk or christine.knight@ed.ac.uk
Hope that helps! You should also email or blog about the launch of DRUSSA on KBF too
Thanks, Yaso

Linda Cilliers Hi Yaso, Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'll get in touch and will definitely also blog on the DRUSSA launch and other news on KBF. In fact, we're about to send out our first Network newsletter this week and I'd very much like to send it to the KBF membership. This is a once off. If people want to continue receiving it they'd have to register on our website, which we make clear in the newsletter. How would I go about sending it? Meanwhile, I'll post an invitation to the KBF members to go and register.
Thanks and best regards, Linda

Yaso Kunaratnam Great - you can either send an email to all members at knowledgebrokersforum@dgroups.org or post a blog on the KBF website which should send a notification to members.
