The Knowledge Management Impact Challenge (KMIC) aims to bring people together to help us focus efforts and resources and explore different solutions to the challenge of measuring the results and impact of investing in KM and learning.
KMIC Resources
This KM Impact Challenge Case Story Synthesis Report shares findings and identifies the key trends across 47 case stories collected by the KM Impact Challenge. The lessons identified some key questions that were further discussed and analysed in the KM unConference report (pdf). The report provides a useful and practical background to discussions around the impact of knowledge-related work. There is some emphasis on KM strategies that revolve around portals and workshops so will be of particular interest to those who use those kinds of strategies. Other resources from the KM unConference are also available.
To view the full case study entries see the KMIC Database of impact stories.
